A 45-minute wait in 34-degree heat because we couldn't organise it with two vehicles because it was so busy, even though our flight was on time. Or when the advantage of service becomes non-existent due to a lack of professionalism. A big drop in service quality in 2025, even though I'd been a customer for several years, so it's certainly time for a change.

Horrible service: on Tuesday, my mother was made to wait for over 30 minutes at the airport in unbearable heat, even though I had called well before her arrival. The meeting point we had agreed beforehand was not respected and my mother had to walk a hundred metres to get to the "shuttle", if you can call it that. Food rubbish was everywhere at the back and we were greeted by a very unpleasant driver. Once there, the toilets were H-S. So we couldn't relieve ourselves with a simple "sorry madam, it's not my fault". Other affordable options are available in the vicinity with a much better quality of service. I absolutely do not recommend it.

A simple, efficient and safe solution for parking your car at the airport. I left my car with them and they took me to the airport. A week later, as soon as I'd collected my luggage, a phone call was enough for them to collect me from the same meeting point. I got my car back intact. 👍

We left our car for 1 week with a deposit in the middle of the night and everything went very well. We didn't have to wait when we arrived or when we got back. Competent and reliable staff. I would recommend this car park which is very good value for money!

New trip and new car park reservation at Solution Parking Mérignac (formerly Blue Valet) and once again perfect, quick welcome, quiet transfer even if I have to walk a bit more than before to get to the Terminal, I don't know why 🤷🏻‍♂️, and on the way back a simple call and the shuttle arrived quite quickly, and once again a great welcome!
