I've been using this car park since 2019 and I've never had any problems. My car is safe and the shuttle service is fast and efficient. The operation is very simple, with friendly people who are easy to contact. When we leave Bordeaux, we automatically leave our car with them.

following my first review, the manager has just called me to apologise for the driver's behaviour regarding the loading of luggage, so I'm giving it 5 stars because everything is perfect in terms of parking and reception service.
