Abysmal! No order or coordination at drop off. It seems if there is a group waiting to transfer to the airport, its just who can push their way into the minibus first! On our return at our advertised time, i called the car park as instructed by the car par staff on drop off, but no one answered!!! So we made the journey to the pick-up point, where 15 others were waiting. After nearly an hour, the driver finally turned up, no apology, no explanation, and again, people who had arrived after us, got in the minibus first. We explained that due to their delay, we had to get in the minibus first bus as we needed to collect our dogs as the kennels were closing, but he just shrugged his shoulders and left us and the remaining guests standing at the pick up point, leaving us all bemused. Eventually when we did get back to the car park it seems there was another minibus, but no one else around. No one in the car park, no one else in the office! An absolute incompetent fiasco, and caused huge problems for us due to this delay. Worth noting that at every other car park operation, the shuttle bus dropped us at the terminal, but this was a significant distance, to push heavy bags, in 35° temperature, which an elderly woman could just not do!!! Probably just to save a euro or two. In their actions, they have lost a significantly greater amount, as both we, and the family left behind, both agreed we would NEVER EVER use this amateurish, inadequately staffed, indifferent, unapologetic shambles of a company

We had nothing to complain about in our first experience with this parking and airport shuttle service. Friendly driver and no waiting. Picking up our vehicle at night was no problem. We clearly knew that there was a €10 supplement that we had paid in advance.

Interesting long-term parking solution, punctuality of pick-ups for departures and arrivals

Impeccable punctual service

Very convenient parking close to Mérignac airport. Helpful staff who are easy to contact. The only downside was the drop-off and collection point at the airport at the back of the P2 car park. We were used to being picked up at the minute station.... But this point of comfort is not prohibitive.

I've been booking with you for so long that this is the first time I've been disappointed. Interminable waiting time to collect my vehicle while the manager was on the phone and the employee was managing the return trip to the airport. They take us back and leave us standing there, the car not ready. 30 minutes before being able to leave

Parking, shuttle and organisation were top-notch. But the drop-off is too far from the airport, about 10 minutes on foot, and the same for the return. I won't do it again.
