How do I book online?
It couldn't be easier, just visit our website ( www.solution-parking-bordeaux-merignac.fr ) from your computer, tablet or smartphone. Enter your dates and times, fill in the drop-down fields as you go along, validate your basket and pay online. -
Can I make a reservation if I don't yet know my flight times?
That's right, many charter flights only confirm their flight times 48 hours before departure. All you have to do is indicate the outward and return dates and then fill in the fictitious times to continue with your booking. As soon as your flight times have been confirmed, call our offices on 09 71 05 71 64 to let us know. We will then update your booking. -
Can I change or cancel my booking?
To change your booking please call 09 71 05 71 64. If you have taken out cancellation insurance, we will refund the amount of your booking. Without cancellation insurance and in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, no refund will be made. -
Can I make several bookings at the same time?
No, you must confirm your booking before making another one. If you wish to modify your order before confirmation, you must empty the basket in order to simulate/validate a new booking. -
Can I have a history of my orders?
At the top of the menu, you'll find the 'Order' tab. One click will bring up all your previous bookings. -
Will I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as your online payment has been validated, you will receive a summary of your booking by e-mail. -
Do I have to re-enter all my personal details each time I make a reservation?
When you made your first purchase, you filled in your personal details. If you have created a customer account, they will be automatically retrieved when you make future bookings, saving you time. -

What is the address of Solution Parking Bordeaux-Mérignac (formerly Beep Valet Parking) and how far is it from the airport?
211 Avenue de l'Argonne - 33700 Mérignac Exactly 3 km from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, if traffic is good, expect a transfer time of less than 5 minutes from the car park to the airport! -
What are the contact details and opening hours of the reception desk?
The switchboard is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00. Feel free to leave a message and we'll call you back. -
Do the offices have a reception area?
Our offices have a reception and relaxation area. Toilets are also available. -
How can I contact the shuttle if I need to?
We will give you the telephone number of your shuttle before you leave on your journey when you drop your vehicle off at the car park. You will also find it in the booking confirmation email you receive after placing your order on the website: solution-parking-bordeaux-merignac.fr -
Is there a charge for the shuttle?
The shuttle is totally free for you and your luggage! -
Will the shuttle pick up my passengers?
For bookings of up to 4 passengers, the return transfer is free. There is a €5 supplement for each additional passenger. -
Are child seats extra?
Child seats and booster seats are available free of charge. -
Does the shuttle run all the time and how often?
Our shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, every day of the year. -
Where will the shuttle take me on the outward journey and where will it pick me up on the return?
Our driver will take you to the pro car park, less than 5 minutes from the airport. On your return, the shuttle will be waiting for you in exactly the same place as on your outward journey.

Is the car park secure?
Our fully fenced site is equipped with a comprehensive video surveillance system. When you arrive at our premises, you'll be able to see the cameras and control screens that cover the entire car park. For added security, your car keys are kept in a separate room secured with a code door. And the car park is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. -
How is my vehicle parked while I'm away?
After dropping off your vehicle in the car park next to our offices, we will check your reservation with you. We will give you the telephone number of your return shuttle. Our drivers will park your vehicle for you in the car park while the shuttle bus takes you to Mérignac airport.

Are the prices the same all year round?
Like all airlines, our fares are subject to seasonal variations. In order to benefit from the best fares, we advise you to book your seat as early as possible and to carry out a booking simulation on our website, which is up to date with our fares. -
When and how can I pay for my parking space?
Directly on our website when you create your booking. You will have to pay the car park for any overnight or late charges, as well as any additional services. -
What payment methods are available?
Master Card / Visa / CB but not American Express. For additional costs to be paid on site Master Card / Visa / CB or cash. -
Is online payment secure?
Yes, the payment is secured by the BNP Paribas bank. -
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, as soon as your online payment has been validated, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. -
