I was really impressed by Solution Parking Bordeaux. No queues, always available, very friendly and professional. If you arrive at the airport earlier than expected, just give them a call: they’ll come and pick you up in under 10 minutes – it’s absolutely brilliant. The car park is located 10 minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service is quick and efficient. You feel at ease from the moment you arrive. I’d recommend this car park to anyone flying from Bordeaux: you won’t be disappointed. As for me, if I ever fly from Bordeaux again, I’ll always use this car park and no other. In English: I was truly impressed with Solution Parking Bordeaux. No waiting time, always available, very kind and professional. If you arrive at the airport earlier than expected, just give them a call: they’ll come and pick you up within 10 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. The car park is located 10 minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service is fast and efficient. You feel confident and well looked after from the moment you arrive. I recommend this car park to anyone flying from Bordeaux — you won’t be disappointed. As for me, if I fly from Bordeaux again, I will always choose this car park and no other.

Overall, we were satisfied with our experience. The service was professional: on the way there, we hardly had to wait at all and were driven straight to the airport. On the return journey, everything went very smoothly too. However, we had booked a pick-up for 7.15 am. A few days before our departure, we received a message asking us to arrive a little earlier. As responsible customers, we followed this instruction, even though it is difficult to predict our arrival time down to the minute. We finally arrived at the counter at 6.57 am. We then had to pay a €10 surcharge for night-time fees, which apply before 7.00 am. I fully understand that the counter staff member was simply doing their job and had to record our arrival time as it actually occurred. However, it’s a shame to be charged this surcharge when we arrived just three minutes before 7.00 am, especially as it was the company itself that had asked us to arrive early. Had we known, we would simply have waited a few minutes before checking in. That said, the drivers we had on both the outward and return journeys were very friendly, helpful and professional. This comment has absolutely nothing to do with them.

I left my car in this car park whilst I was away and everything went very smoothly. The staff were welcoming, professional and punctual. The shuttle bus to the airport was quick and convenient. When I returned, my car was in perfect condition. I recommend this car park for its excellent service and good value for money. Thank you very much, Gawad!

I used the car park for the first time last week for a 4-day trip. Excellent service – Hamid and Mohammad were really helpful; I didn’t have to wait for either the outward or return shuttle, my car was in perfect condition when I collected it, and all the staff were all smiles. I’d definitely recommend it!
